Phoebe Flares are an Add-on to the Phoebe Collection. They can be made as flared pants on their own, or added on to any of the Phoebe Tops. The pants feature gathered side inserts placed flatteringly just below the wide point of the hips and include front pockets. The waistband can be applied to the Phoebe Flares or use the waistband from the Phoebe Freebie.

This pattern can be printed with layers, so you only need to print your individual size,or you may wish to print multiple layers if you need to grade between sizes. There is also a handy envelope design to assist storage and reference. Instructions contain a link to an instructional video to assist sewing the pants.

Like a block or sloper, you can adapt this into 3/4 pants, or shorts, and is intended to be a starting point in your own process as a designer for yourself!
